Shipping Policy
  • Minimum Order Requirement: $175.00
  • FOB origin Dothan, Ala.
  • Ground freight prepaid if delivery is within continental U.S. Shipping charges added to all other orders.
  • Selection of freight carrier shall be made by Ansell Healthcare Products LLC.
  • Truckers are required to make deliveries to an inside, street-level area immediately adjacent to the entrance. If delivery elsewhere in the building is required, this will be arranged upon request with order and the customer will be invoiced for the additional inside delivery charges.
Return Goods Policy
  • All sales are final. No returned product will be accepted without prior written authorization.

    Contact Ansell’s Customer Service at 1-800-327-8659 to receive an RA#, which is necessary to process claim.
  • All product returns must specify item quantities and reason for return before authorization is provided by Ansell. All returns, except products returned due to shipping errors or manufacturing defect, are subject to a 10% restocking charge.

    Customer errors in ordering subject to a 10% restocking fee. Unopened boxes accepted within 30 days of purchase. Prior authorization from customer service is required.

  • Ansell will not accept return of product or issue credit for product shipped more than two years prior.
  • Product returns, once approved, may be either exchanged or issued credit that will be based upon the invoice cost of the product(s).
  • All returns must be in full or unopened cases and shipped freight prepaid by customer (exception: damaged merchandise).
  • Ansell warehouse will refuse any return that does not comply with above procedure.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY RECEIPT REQUIREMENTS:

Proper care must be taken by the customer upon delivery of the product. Customer must count and inspect for shortages or damage. Any discrepancy must be noted on the delivery receipt and promptly reported to Customer Service: 1-800-327-8659.

Where required, Ansell will charge appropriate state and local sales tax. If your organization has a sales tax exemption certificate, please photocopy and submit to Customer Service along with contact name and phone number. In states where we are required to collect sales tax, we must have a copy of the sales tax exemption certificate on file or we must charge the appropriate tax.
