CONSUMER ADVISEMENT FOR ZERO CONDOM (REGULAR) – VOLUNTARY RECALL

NOTICE:           This is to advise that Ansell Healthcare Products, LLC, makers of LifeStyles Condoms, is announcing a voluntary recall of the Zero Condom (regular) distributed in the U.S.  This is a voluntary recall – all products meet standards for quality testing required by the Food and Drug Administration. However, due to complaints for difficulty in unrolling and subsequent breakage, out of an abundance of caution Ansell has decided to voluntarily withdraw the product from the market at this time.

Affected lots/batches are as follows:

The Zero Condom (regular) was placed into distribution between June 20, 2012 and January 4, 2013. The product has expiration dates from March 2017 to June 2017 (03/2017 to 06/2017)

Please return all Zero Condom (regular) products to Ansell, as follows:

Ansell will either mail to you your choice of any LifeStyles 12-count or reimburse you in full.
